A: Haven Homes was started in 2015 by Tom Petruccelli and Chris Sanders. Tom has been building homes in the area for over 25 years and Chris is an entrepreneur with extensive business and customer focused experience in multiple startups in the Triangle.

A: Tom Petruccelli has built homes throughout the Triangle over the past 30 years. More recently he has built custom homes in Hasentree, Gallloway, Ethan’s Glen and The Gates. Today, Haven Homes is building in The Preserve at Smith Creek, Hopkins Trace, Addyson at Holden Road, Maple Point and COMING SOON Cedar Ridge in Youngsville!
